Concept

Armed with insights gathered during the analysis phase, I embark on the concept phase, where creativity takes center stage. Drawing inspiration from your preferences, as well as current design trends and innovative ideas, I develop initial concepts and mood boards to visually communicate the proposed design direction. In order to envision the final result, clients receive materials samples, furniture, 3d renderings and more. 

Construction plans

With the concept finalized, attention turns to the technical aspects of the project in the construction plans phase. Detailed drawings, floor plans, and specifications are meticulously crafted to guide the execution of the design. These documents serve as a roadmap for contractors and craftsmen, ensuring that every aspect of the design is executed with precision and accuracy. From spatial layouts to material selections, this phase is crucial in translating the conceptual vision into tangible reality.

Project management and styling

As construction begins, I assume the role of project manager. From coordinating with contractors to managing timelines and budgets, I ensure that the project progresses smoothly and according to plan. Additionally, I lend my expertise to the final styling and finishing touches, selecting furniture, accessories, and décor elements that complement the overall design aesthetic. This phase culminates in the realization of your dream space, ready to be enjoyed and admired for years to come.
